NOTE:
If actuators are to be connected to each section, the jumper bracket should not be installed, as the failure of one motor may prevent the remaining motor from operating normally, or at all. (Configurations 2 & 2-2 (horizontal sections only))
Multiple-Section Damper Jumpers
- Jumper bracket halves are die-formed 10 ga. CRS steel with zinc-plated components for Series 9000, 9000 SC, 9000 BF, 9000 ECT, 1500, 1000 and 1400 dampers.
- Jumper bracket halves are 304 stainless steel with stainless steel components for Series 9000 SW, 1500 SW, 1000 SW and 1400 SW Salt Water Resistance dampers.
- Jumper is pre-assembled and ready to mount to U-bolts located on the damper drive blade.
- Slotted mating surfaces allow for simple adjustment as required.
- Minimum height of duct opening for installation of the damper jumper is 13¼" for "Flanged to Duct" and 14" for "Installed in Duct".
- For shorter duct opening heights down to 4¼" ("Flanged to Duct") and 6¾" ("Installed in Duct"), special blade-to-blade, "internal jumper" joining is possible.
